I cannot comment on the house itself as I have not stayed there and not likely to do so, but the behaviour of the owner leaves much to be desired.
I wrote to the owner to enquire about a reservation. Two weeks passed and no reponse. She "claims" to have replied but there are no messages from her in my inbox or spam/junk folder. Now it would appear that she has restricted access to the facebook page. The word "nasty" springs to mind.
