That is a scam, ransomware company, they propose part time job in ASO doing "optimization tasks" but instead ask for crypto payments.
They solicit on WhatsApp, offer part-time jobs in ASO (App Store Optimization) to do some meaningless "optimization tasks" on their website, demand to make cryptocurrency transfers to them, promising large monetary "benefits". Classic scam.
