I lived there for five months there is black mold the leasing manager is a fraud her name is Joanne boriz is fake I ran her name, and she doesn't exist. she steals money from tenants she refuses to do her job you will not give you a lease or any info she also faradizes your files. and her boss Jen Hapgood-white is fake as well these people need to have a criminal background check run on them. and David holden that runs the Gloucester housing supports these crimes being done to the tenants. i also have had their maintenance in my unit they fix nothing and Gloucester housing charges the tenants to fix the units that they should be fixing anyways. and the two women on the top of this review are so nasty I saw an audit report stating how they gave themselves a big raise after their boss died. all victims of Gloucester housing need to come together and file a class action lawsuit. try getting ahold of everyone who has been wrongly evicted and over charged because these people are sick in the head some might say nazi's and the governor of Gloucester needs to look into these people because they also have ripped off a lot of local business.
