The staff were unprofessional and dismissive, showing no regard for my concerns or questions. Communication was practically non-existent, with important emails and calls being ignored or overlooked. To top it all off, they charged me an exorbitant fee for their subpar service!!

The entire process was a nightmare. There was zero...

The entire process was a nightmare. There was zero transparency, and they kept asking for additional documents without explaining why. Communication was almost nonexistent, and I was left in the dark most of the time. I regret choosing this company and would not recommend it to anyone!
