If I could give a negative star, I would. Their VR program has been a nightmare. Over a year to get a minor vehicle modification??? Been lied too, not calls/emails returned, well (on their own time), and absolutely giving false information out. It should not take over a year to get this done. I, nor should anyone have constant road locks thrown at them at every turn. I'm so angry and frustrated with this agency.
