I am giving 5 stars to a particular driver (Ron Sanders). He always goes out of his way to make sure my grandson is seated, and secure in his seat. Always a on time, and pleasant, a BIG SMILE with good morning, and have a great day. Ron had gone on vacation and I thought I was going to lose it, the replacements for him, did not bother to open the van door, look up and acknowledge if my grandson was buckled in or anything. Would text arrival time 6:26 am - 6:46 am and would not show up until 8:10.
