Perfect, very friendly during sales but sooo poor with after sales

I am a small customer of the products. Only if you ask for support for a purchased product is it almost impossible to achieve that. There is no department specifically for after-sales and, apart from your contact person, there is no one available to discuss any complaints with. There is also very poor or no response at all to actually solving problems. Agreements and promises are not kept and even a message to the head of the sales department receives no response. I have to order a lot of material again for the next project, but I am now considering whether to place the order there again.
