Very poor Customer care Don't Care
I have put my 5 kids through schools on the Bear Paws so a loyal customer. Back in April/01/2024 I got a bad batch, I contacted Dare and Bernice was responding but not always, I sent pictures, upc codes, everything she requested. Then Annie took over from April/29/24, she offered to send coupons but never received any.
Annie told me it will be mailed May/30/24 and to allow 10-15 business days. Now almost July/2024 and still haven't received any coupons.
So the consumer care Don't really care!
