This is by far the most unprofessional, racist; discriminating, pill pushing facility I have ever worked at Dr. Kipp has no bedside manners. He not only ignores his patients but his staff. He allows his patients to disrespect the staff with no repercussion other than their controlled meds getting called in. Dr.kipp is all about MONEY. He continues to accept new patients but yet he throw all his “long time patients” right to any other provider. Letting his STAFF deal with the consequences of his UPSET patients. which includes threaten, yelling and complete disrespect i could truly go on and on. So for any new coming patients do not EVER expect to be able to see him. i hope this helps potential new patients. The practice doesn’t update HIPPA forms. Mind you he is a geriatric doctor…He sends in percs, oxycodone, methadone etc.. to past drug addicts. As a former employee of VNMC I can truly say this place is ran poorly. Not to mention Peggy at the front desk is the definition of incompetent, unintelligent. She doesn’t know how to do her job and that’s puting it nicely as well as she’s extremely racist. I put in my two weeks and the day I put in my two weeks they basically fired me without even giving me a reason, so I have no loyalty to a company that holds no loyalty to employees that have been working there
YEARS. they lost Sarah they’re old front desk manger and now me due to the fact that everybody wants to cuddle an incompetent worker like Peggy. Brittany the MA sits there and shaves her mustache at her desk as patients are getting walked back to their room. It’s truly disgusting in there. I’m just writing this to give a heads up to any one that is even thinking about applying, thinking about doing an interview, I wanna give you a heads up that if you start working at the front desk, you will be held responsible for every single duty while Peggy sits there and does nothing, you will be discriminated against not just by employees but patients too. Peggy has openly admitted to taking unprescribed ‘energy pills’ they clearly need to do drug testing on these workers. you will be asked to call hundreds of patients so doctor Kipp can get compensation and he covers it up saying that he uses it for bonuses and raises and then when it’s time for raises, he gives his employees and managers $.50CENTS raises..that tells you everything you need to know. If Dr. Kipp is not okay with this honest review he is more than welcomed to talk to me personally or in a court.
