Avoid this company

I placed an order with Myer and the electric throw was sent by this company who uses couriers please as delivery. The item was not only damaged but left in the front yard of a house a block away. I then ordered a throw through Bunnings and was very concerned when I saw that the order was again becing placed with Decor Innovations. I emailed straight away to cancel the order but did not get a response. I then called their
02 9738 1118 number and spoke to "Leon" who was polite but sounded like he was in China. He said he would ensure order was cancelled. That afternoon I received notification that the order had been shipped. Trying to raise concerns with this company is pointless. They do not listen and do not care. Stay away from doing business with them if you can. Marketplace Decor Innovations, in my dealings with them, is a complete scam.
