The most greedy bunch I've ever met that goes against agreements, ignores residents and causes you hell
I have never dealt with people as awful as the ones I have had to deal with that work for this company. My husband is a veteran of 18+ years, and he's been in and out of the hospital. Times were tight, and with holidays and HOA dues being owed right at the beginning of the year...we asked them to give us a payment plan, so it made things easier. They agreed. Marissa Scheffler was the one I dealt with. A payment plan was started and agreed on. I have all the emails. I set up all the payments to be made from our bank, so everything was sent with confirmation. I noticed after the first few payments were cashed, and then after that, the payments were sent but never cashed. The payments were arriving and they stopped cashing them. I tried getting ahold of them, and we get ignored. Payments are still set up. Next, we got a letter from an attorney. I tried calling and emailing the attorney. NOTHING. Then, I emailed them with screenshots. AGAIN, NOTHING. It even stated online that payment plans are available. Now, things have really hit the fan. It's all about getting more money. I still have the confirmation from our bank that the checks were sent and when they were received. I also have all the emails. I have the emails agreeing to the payment plan along with the many emails ignored. We also have the emails and calls to the attorney office, as well, that were also ignored. I have never met such a greedy company before. If this company is the management company, go elsewhere. God forbid something happens, and you have to ask for an extension...you will get burned and the storm that comes from it isn't worth the headache.
From the amount they request each year, you would expect ALOT MORE besides flowers at the entrance. The lawn guys they hired to go behind the properties messed up our fence. Nothing done. The pool is always closed, and something always needs a part on it. The playground needs cleaned up. It's a ridiculous bunch of greedy people wanting more and more money without doing what they agreed to do as well as being their for the families. Now, they want two times the amount that was originally owed without the amount they already cashed. I'm sharing this experience with all the military family groups we know and more. This is unacceptable on so many levels.
My husband has more surgeries that are needed in the next year. God knows what kind of hell they are going to give us if we have any trouble.
