Im not very happy with the owner. They damage the lawn and say they will fix it but that never happens. I have lived here for thirteen years. damages are they brought another trailer in the park they drove right through my planter with the heavy truck. next the snow plow guy sheared the boarder of the planter. Then when they picked up the leaves in fall they used a tractor loader. they took about three wheel barrows of dirt out of my lawn. telling me they will fix it. the repairs never happen. then the have contractors do electrical work and tree removal. putting ruts in the lawn again they said they would repair again it never gets done. I wish luck to anyone who moves here . Allen
