Former service provider here. Worked with them for 3-4 years mowing a large 30 acre account. Left a tractor and bush hog on property and never had an issue as it was a secured multi locked gate property that is hard to access because of train tracks. Couldn’t service site because equipment issues so I was terminated. Understandably so. What they don’t want to admit to is changing the locks on the gate and not giving me a way to get my tractor until I cut my way through the locks and realized my tractor was gone. They didn’t send me a notice of intent, a letter in the mail, email, nothing. Just a “bunch of phone calls”. Big mistake.
