I hired them through Upcounsel (I suggest you avoid them like the plague!!) to file a lawsuit for me.
They agreed to a simple and timely process. I had to give up on them as it was obvious that they were skilled in procrastination and eeking out as much time as they could without actually doing anything. We all know that time is money, but they abuse the privilege!
Lots of investigation, research, consideration and when pushed for action, promises. However, they are masters at inaction. I could soon see that continuing to hire them was going to be nothing but a very costly exercise - and an extremely frustrating one too!
To compound my frustration, they took over a month to repay the balance on account, stating that old 20th-century accounting process excuse of only "doing" their accounts at the end of each month. The payment, eventually came through on the 13th of the following month. My suggestion: Do not get drawn into the sales schpiel!
