Poor Quality Products / Rude Behaviour bybstaff
I had a very bad and frustrating experience with ShoeMaster and their team in India recently. I purchased a watch which I received broken. They asked me to courier it which I did on my own expense to their Surat Office . After lots of follow through they again send me a watch which was again defective . They asked me to courier it again which again I did with a condition from
their side that they will repair it and not replace .However , after waiting for more than a month , they neither acknowledged receipt of the watch send by me nor they send me a replacement/ repaired watch . When I reached out to them , I was surprised by their rude behaviour and callous attitude …” “we don’t work as per your wish “ “ write where ever you want to , I am not bothered “ additionally they send me recorded messages and sms accusing me of manhandling the product .The guy’s cell number are 7990131061 and 8866733140 ( person speaking from this number was rude and send me audio messages )
I would warn potential customers to be very careful while purchasing products with them specially where these numbers are mentioned . Its their team based in Surat , India
Now they have the product with them which I have paid for and there seems to be no intention to return the same … looks like a fraud !
I have closed it as a bad experience !
