All of the employees and Mr. Sheiban himself are extremely courteous, polite and knowledgeable.
I wanted a few minor adjustments done and they treated me as well as they would've done for someone purchasing something expensive. They also have the most extensive array of jewelry and watches. I will never go to any another jewelry store again.
