All of the employees and Mr. Sheiban himself are extremely courteous, polite and knowledgeable. I wanted a few minor adjustments done and they treated me as well as they would've done for someone purchasing something expensive. They also have the most extensive array of jewelry and watches. I will never go to any another jewelry store again.
Mr. Sheiban, his sons, and his staff are world class in everything they do. Truly professionals and experts in the jewelry and watch business. Most importantly they treat you like family. The store is beautiful and the people will take care of your desires.

The only Verragio dealership in the Cleveland area and it is worth making the drive. The staff is professional and courteous with nothing but excellent products. I ve maybe left one or two reviews in my life - max. So here you go. I lost/stolen my Rolex about a year ago and wanted to replace it. I bought one in 00 and 08 but those jewelers are out of business. I googled Rolex and closest was Sheiban. This was over a year ago. We went to just browse and were forthright about just looking. I must say we were stunned at the friendliness and passive nature of the staff. Remarkably, Tony Sheiban was very interactive and I appreciated that. I m sure he didn t need to. I readily recognized I could save a few bucks buying online and I welcomed the passion and energy he had. We didn t buy but committed when we did we would make the trip again to buy here. Long story short we went back to Sheiban and the return experience was classy professional and just as comfortable as the year before. There were a few people that were so friendly and helpful but I can t recall the names. If you re within 1 -2 hour of this place, make the trip - book dinner, enjoy and make it a great night.

Sheiban is the absolute best! I do not have enough kind words for this place or for Kim who helped us. I went in a few months ago to start getting ideas for an engagement ring. I had no idea what kind of ring I was looking for or wanted. Kim was amazing. She helped me narrow down choices I liked and never once pressured me to look at bigger or more expensive rings. She realized what I liked and really helped me pick my ring of my dreams. Everyone on staff treats you like your family. We went back later on to get our wedding bands and Kim again helped my indecisiveness. She let me "play" and try on everything. The rings were perfect, my husbands included. They encourage us to always stop in to get the rings cleaned and chat with us while we wait. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Wanted to highlight the amazing service we received from Jason and the Sheiban Jeweler's team. My wife and I are celebrating our 25th anniversary and in the process of searching for a new wedding ring had the opportunity to visit multiple jewelers. I had a fabulous experience today, 11 January picking up my Rolex submariner watch. The Rolex watch technician refurbished my watch and it looks brand new. I will be back doing more business with Sheibans in the future.

Watch purchase review - New customer and was thoroughly impressed with the store itself, selection of watches, and my experience with Bernie and Chris. Got the sense that they have a loyal customer base. Definitely a great place to discover what suits you best and also purchase, which don't always go hand in hand. They carry all of the desirable brands including Breitling, Omega and Rolex so even if it isn't the closest store to you physically, keep in mind that few places present the same opportunity to perform an on wrist comparison of competitors.

I emailed Jason Sheiban 4 months ago about a specific watch I was looking for, out of the 5 dealers I emailed, he was the only person that kept in touch until he was able to get me the specific watch I wanted. My husband purchased my Verragio engagement ring from Sheiban Jewelers and it is the most beautiful ring I have ever seen!! When it was time to pick out my wedding band we knew we had to go back. Jason, Mr. Sheiban & Renee spent endless hours helping design a custom made wedding band because my fingers are super tiny (3 3/4 ring size). They would send me CAD images of my wedding band, also made by Verragio, and continued to do so until I approved of the design. Once the ring was finished they made sure to size it perfectly for my finger and I couldn't be happier. Jason and his team were so helpful during a very difficult time and just days before my anniversary. They were so kind to walk me through inventory, shoot off a text with images and accommodate a quick purchase. I was so impressed with their knowledge and customer service that I changed jewelers and have purchased two additional watches (Rolex Sub, Tutor BB) this year. Compared to my purchasing experiences in the past, hands down, these guys are the best! After the Jeweler we used for many many years closed my search began for another one. After trying a few with no luck I finally asked some friends for referrals. We needed a piece appraised for insurance coverage ASAP and a friend told me about her long time jeweler - Sheiban Jewelers! We went to visit them on January 8, 2020. The moment we walked in the door we were greeted with numerous smiling faces to assist my husband and I. We met with the owners son, Chris Sheiban and Bernie who talked to us about their appraisal process. Chris also took the time to go over my diamond and explain things way beyond the 3 C s., things we were never educated on in the 35 years we have been buying diamonds. While in the store, we observed so many people coming in and out just to stop by and say hello and to pick up jewelry they were having maintained. Right there, that spoke volumes to us, you could see the connections they had with their customers! We went back the next day to have an appraisal done and the same thing, customers coming in and out so happy and being treated like family. I knew immediately the moment we met Chris we found our Jeweler! He treated us like we had known him for years. He has since then helped us over the phone with a few questions we have had and we haven t purchased a thing from him, just an appraisal! That s customer service! This store is truly a gem!!! I came to Sheiban's for their extensive Tacori collection, and couldn't have been happier with my experience. I was quickly greeted by Mr. Sheiban, the owner of Sheiban's, and a fifth generation jeweler, and offered baklava and coffee. His son, Chris, was eager to help me select my ring, and provide accommodations along the way. The professionalism and the warmth of the staff combined the feel of a small family business with an exclusive high end retail experience. I was seeking an engagement ring for my girlfriend of 6 years. I decided to see what a local jeweler could offer. Sheiban Jewelers showroom was beautiful and inviting. You could easily spend hours talking to one of their qualified staff members. Chris was especially helpful, showing me settings from the various designers as well as inhouse offerings. He is very knowledgeable and can make even the most novice buyer feel more comfortable. He made a list of all the settings I liked. My girlfriend did the same a couple months later (thanks pandemic). We came to a decision on the setting and Chris had diamonds brought in for my approval. He nailed it with his first pick. The diamond was brilliant and timeless. We are very happy with the ring and would recommend Sheiban Jewelers to all friends and family.

Even when comparing online retailers they easily had my business. Most improtantly they gained my trust and had a relaxed atmosphere. It was very important to me for my fiancee to have a pleasant experience at her jeweler for years to come and they offer that. I took my wedding rings into Sheiban's for repair. I was introduced to Mr. Sheiban and he explained what needed to be done and approximate cost. Even offered me a cup of coffee!!. One day later received a call that my rings were ready to be picked up. I was greeted by a very personable young man by the name of Tariq who showed me my rings and completed the transaction. My rings are beautiful and the service was exceptional.
Chris and Jason at sheiban Jewelers are awesome to work with. I really felt comfortable with them. They educated me on how the process works fully. Which also helped me lead to what ring I wanted to purchase. Not only is it a friendly environment and there is no pressure with these guys. But when choosing between them and someone else. It is an easy choice to go with the sheiban family.
This team is the real deal. I had the pleasure of dealing with Jason in regards to my jewelry purchase. I went to several well known jewelers in the area and Sheiban blew them out of the water when it came to both: knowledge and price. They were totally about transparency. For a first time diamond buyer, Jason really wanted me to understand my purchase. He broke everything down so I could really understand what I was getting into. Regardless if I went through Sheiban or not, he wanted me to be as knowledgeable as possible. I will most definitely be back in the future.
Yesterday I took the trip up to Sheiban to pick up an Omega they were holding for me in layaway. I cannot be more positive about the sales staff and how well I was treated. I live in Columbus and have friends who have shopped with Sheiban in the past and knew they had a good reputation. I couldn't be more right. The sales staff is friendly, professional, and works well with a watch enthusiast as myself. I can't recommend them more and will certainly be a returning client.
First I want to say I'm sorry I didn't rate this sooner. I contacted Sheiban Jewelers a little over a year ago in search of a specific Rolex watch. I believe I spoke with one of the owners who took down my information and said they would contact me when it became available. In the mean time I visited a number of different Rolex AD's and called just about every AD in the U.S. searching for the Rolex I wanted. Some laughed at me, many took down my information. A few months later, the day before Thanksgiving 2019 Sheiban Jewelers called me and said they have the watch I requested. I bought it immediately. To this day almost 1 1/2 years later I have never received a call from anyone else. If not for Sheiban I'd still be waiting to buy my Rolex. The staff are very friendly, they treated me like a friend even though I never met them before. I'm looking forward to doing business with them and only them in the future. I plan on buying my daughter a Rolex for her college graduation gift. I enjoy wearing my Rolex everyday.

Great family business with excellent customer service. I sent them a message that I was interested in a Rolex Explorer 1 and purchased it within a few weeks. Next, I expressed interest in a Rolex Ceramic Submariner no date and purchased that within a few weeks as well. Two Rolex steel sports within a month is unheard of. Recently I referred a friend who also was able to purchase a Rolex Deep Sea. If you want to receive great service, stop by Sheiban Jewelers in Strongsville and you won t be disappointed.
