KCC is a shining beacon during a dark time. Our son Michael was diagnosed with cancer of the blood known as leukemia at age 6 and battled fiercely for many years.
Kids Cancer Connection stood by us and provided little Michael with the extras that gave him strength to battle this disease..
KCC is focused on serving individuals and families. They worked closely with us and our son to not just provide what we needed, but really took the time to get to know us as a family and what our needs were.
We truly felt supported and as though we had someone on our side. Michael earned his angel's wings two years ago, but we have remained in touch with the KCC staff and volunteers to help other kids and families..
