Place is in need of replacement of outdoor siding,the grass is never cut on time,our hoa fee is over 400.00 dollars for what I do not know.just take a drive thru the complex and you will see what imam talking about.people are paying over 200,000 for a condo??????? Wish I could afford to move out of this place.
