My initial encounter with this shop was dreadful and will definitely be my last. I bought Chanel Overknees Boots from the Joli Closet website. The receipt of the item was problematic; I had to contact the shop multiple times due to no shipping updates. A month later, the boots were still not delivered, which made me question the authenticity of the sale. It was peculiar that the item was in Poland and had to be sent to them first. Despite my payment, Joli Closet seemed inactive in dispatching the item. After weeks of daily emails and involving my lawyer, the boots arrived in a dirty, cheap cardboard box, merely wrapped in Joli Closet's paper. The boots' condition was worse than what was shown on the website and in Joli's photos. An official Chanel store visit confirmed that the boots were fake, especially the soles. Joli Closet has ignored all my subsequent emails, necessitating the hiring of a lawyer specialized in EU law. They have stayed unresponsive, even though the situation calls for professionalism and a resolution. Even Alma's attempts to contact them were fruitless. This shop's lack of seriousness and professionalism is evident. I recommend not shopping from Joli Closet.
