They make you pay and say 'book your appointment now'..then you get a message saying we will contact you asap by phone to book an appointment . I am not available during work hours to be contacated so that process does not work for me. I expected to be able to book an appointment as it said "Book an appointment". When I told them this would not work as I cant atke calls they refused to refund.
