I am an investor in Tucson that was in the process of selling a home. The buyers were doing business with CSI Mortgage. CSI sent me a letter informing me that the buyers were pre-approved and could close in time. CSI failed to meet the sales closing date three times. There was very poor communication. I was not informed that the buyers were not going to be able to qualify for the loan until the last day at closing time. They did so only because I kept hounding them for a response. In my opinion, there are many other reputable mortgage companies who will answer the phones and respond in a timely manner.
