I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from DN Plumbing, Inc. If there were a contest for “The worst plumbing company ever”, I would like to nominate DN Plumbing (Norwalk). They should be the winners. Our kitchen sink was blocked. Isaac from DN Plumbing came twice, each time spent in our kitchen less than 10 minutes, saying that “there was no access” and that “he had no time since he had another job”. Meanwhile, the dispatcher tried to claim that the second request was for “a different (new) job”. Not true - both times it was about the blockage in our (one and only) kitchen sink. These guys are incompetent, lazy, and dishonest. Eventually after 9 days without being able to use the sink (and dishwasher) we called a plumber from a local company who worked for about an hour and fixed the problem.I would not recommend DN Plumbing, Inc. to anyone. Their service is unprofessional, and their plumbers are not qualified. If you need plumbing work done, I suggest you call a different company.
