They get real car salesman about signing a lease. I was moving from out of state so I didn't have a chance to view the property before looking at the lease. But of course they said you absolutely had to sign it, they would just give it away to someone else! And then asked to make sure that I could leave the part about inspecting the property blank until I actually got there. of course there at least would not go through without this.
Their contract says they will do a deep cleaning before you take the property. I got there, and there were bugs everywhere, both dead and alive. The ceiling fans didn't work. It was really gross.
However I had a couple of days before I actually had to move in. I gave them the option fumigating the place and cleaning it. Of course, I sent them pictures.
They called me at 10 o'clock on a Saturday night to say they were breaking the lease.
And then took them about a month to refund only some of the money I had sent them. Claiming of course that I had access to the property for several days, even though they knew I had not actually moved in because it was too disgusting to do so.
This is like the cheesy shitty used car salesman of local property managers. I suppose if you are a jobless sex offender with evictions that no one else will take, you can work with them. But if you have any brains or dignity, run.
