Extremely disappointing experience
My company purchased a logotype from Wegrow, but CEO Vadim Carazan provided broken files containing JPG and PNG elements. We cannot use this type of file, as it will slow down the work process on our websites and mobile apps. For optimal functionality, we require the logotype in SVG format.
We have contacted Vadim many times, explaining the issue and expressing our willingness to find a solution together. However, instead of addressing the problem, he has chosen to ignore us.
To this day, we still do not have the logotype in the correct vector file format, and the CEO of Wegrow continues to ignore us or insists that everything should be working perfectly. Despite repeatedly providing evidence of the incorrect file format in the code, the situation remains unresolved.
