DON'T SHOP ONLINE AT Renatta&Go, worse experience ever!

I have been a client for Renatta&Go and loved the brand, usually both in stores, but last year, I decided to order online; some of the articles were not a good fit, so I returned and received an email saying they had accepted my return. Was reimbursed. Months later, I'm being harassed by a company that supposedly handles their online sales, saying my return didn't happen and that I have to pay the articles I returned plus fees. I have sent proof of return, but they keep harassing me and threatening me with legal actioon, and that saying my name is going to be black listed. This is a nightmare....
