Gave the contractor 24.701. One third down to start the job , in three weeks they showed up 6-8 hours total and did a lousy job at that.
The work had to be redone by another contractor.
Tried being gentleman and settle up but he’d have no part in it.
Tried mediation, still to no avail.
He talks a big smooth talk, zero follow through.
Never offered a dime back.
Tried to take credit for another builders work-publicly.
Dishonest, liar, and a thief. BEWARE!!
Shame on him for taking about God all the while behaving like a criminal.
