We closed on my single family home knowing I had chosen the right realtor. So certain of Nicks ability, we chose him again when we listed commercial property for sale. The property had many challenges including needing major repairs and being part of an estate. Nick can thru with creative ideas that opened up opportunities for potential buyers and got us under contract. By thinking outside the box we got a great price for the property.
