I am truly sorry to be writing a negative review
I am truly sorry to be writing a negative review for this office. It has nothing to do with the doctor himself as he doesn't work in the office on Friday. I have been having some lower back pain and not feeling well and decided to buy the test strips to check for a UTI at home. It came back highly positive for leukocytes. First thing this morning, Friday, I called the office as soon as it opened at 9am and asked if I could get a script for Cipro. The front desk said that they would schedule me for a Televisit with the PA at 10AM. I am at work but took a break and got on the computer at 0945, as THEY requested and sat there until 11:00. I then called the office and was told that they did not have access to televisit and the PA would call me instead. At 1:00 I still have not heard anything so I called the office again and all phones are turned off stating to leave a message and allow 48 hours for a response even though 1:00 and 1:30, (at which time I called again with the same response), are well within their scheduled working hours of 9-5. I find the whole thing to be very unprofessional, and uncaring at the very least. I understand they are busy and have many patients, but you should take care of your responsibilities before you leave for the day. Sorry Dr. Dodoo.....but I will probably switch providers because I need someone that I can rely on.
