Outvoice is a nightmare!

Hi all! We recently started working with Outvoice as freelancers, and it has been a nightmare. They supposedly paid us on behalf of one of our clients, but the money never arrived, and they have been unable to provide full proof of payment. When we asked for the missing data, the company's CTO refused to provide it (what's a CTO doing resolving billing issues!). Customer service is slow and inefficient. I recommend never working with Outvoice.
