I found the supplier very communicative and careful to verify the customization choices before beginning production. I was impressed with the complex design tool that allowed me to customize the lab coats I was ordering to a far greater extent than many of the competitors. I also found the pricing to be more affordable than the competition. I received the products within 2 weeks of ordering which seems very good. The customization involved lots of delicate embroidery on the sleeves and lapel. The work is very good and the coats look great. We are going to place a larger order for our entire staff. We feel their product is excellent, the workmanship is great and the delivery time is very fast. We recommend this company and will certainly buy again.
