Rude owner and classes NEVER start on time!
Classes never start on time! This is very annoying. They request attendees to arrive 15 minutes before class, yet classes always start 5-10 minutes late. After I posted this, the owner came to me while I was taking the class and said, "You have the audacity to come to my class after your negative review!" How rude and unprofessional! She should have come and talked to me about the review. I guess this place doesn't like feedback or suggestions. The first class I came to started 10 minutes late! That's a red flag already!
Reply to owner: Classes never started on time! If you value attendees' feedback, you would have addressed me properly instead of being rude to me in front of the whole class! I did have the audacity to attend the class because I did not do anything wrong but express what I experienced at this studio!
