AFA Stores are a scam

DO NOT buy from AFA stores. They have horrible customer service and fraudulent business practices. I ordered bedroom furniture from them 4 months ago and they are damaged. I’ve complied with taking multiple days off of work unpaid to accommodate multiple deliveries of all broken furniture and multiple days of furniture technicians coming out to repair the furniture. The technician literally took apart my dresser drawers and tried to hammer them all back together to reshape them because they wouldn’t open and close correctly. He ended up damaging it even more and now I am left with furniture that doesn’t function properly. I have pictures and video evidence of everything, including the wood scraps and furniture nails the technician left all over. AFA refuses to believe me and lied about the technician’s report. I’ve spoken with the technician multiple times and his supervisor and they all confirmed they documented the damage and how the furniture wasn’t built correctly. AFA lied and said they said it works just fine. AFA is refusing to give me a refund or even a discount for damaged furniture. AFA is a complete scam and they should be put out of business. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
