Not very helpful. I asked for some insight on a Pino Daeni that I own via email. Sent a bunch of pictures that Joanne requested and didn’t hear back for 3 weeks. Finally emailed her back and her only response was “Looks like a Daeni to me.” It was the strangest and most unprofessional interaction I’ve had in a long time.
