Dont use their "services". Its scam. During proces of creating compensation form I ran on their add that they can help to solve it much faster, and I did.
I was traveling with 3 friends - all of them allready long time ago received compensation from KLM.
1 month later I was checking status of my claim at skycop website and it was still under progres. I created new compensation form at KLM site and they replied that my case is allready solved and money sent.
After I wrote to skycop to explain themselves - they wrote off course they are "terribly sorry and it was an error from their side " and money will be transfered after 6 weeks.
Of course after 6 weeks there was no money so I wrote msg to them and they replied its error in system and they are "solving it" but I allready know that compensation money is gone.
Im writing this review after 5.5 month from starting compensation claim.
