Terrible Business
We had these guys out to fix a small drip in an outdoor faucet; they not only couldn’t fix it but torqued in both the hose and the pipe which broke my hose (purchased 3 days prior for $64) and broke the pipe inside the house. He proceeded to leave saying he could fix it but changed a diagnostic fee of $113. They sent a different crew a few days later; who asked for significantly more money to fix it and refused to deduct the $113 from the price. I would recommend calling a different plumber. This was the worst company I have dealt with and seems to be causing additional damage on purpose in hopes of driving up the amount they can charge. Photos of hose they broke as well as the inside which they caused the additional damage.
