Non-Existent Customer Service!
I ordered a CrimsonTrace CMR-206 Rail laser. It arrived in a timely manner however the ergonomics of the laser was poor when added to my Beretta PX4 FS. I was careful not to mount the item and kept it in the same condition as received. I made multiple email and voicemail requests to customer service requesting to exchange or receive a refund which went without a response. I would never do business with this company again based on their poor or should I say non-existent customer service.
