Dr. Ronald Baptiste is a careless negligent doctor
I had appointment with Dr. Ronald Baptiste on Feb 14th 2024, for my trigger finger injection.
Dr. Baptiste marked my ring finger instead of my middle one for steroid injection. I reminded him that was the wrong finger, then he said “that’s why you don’t want to see doctor at the end of the day”. He also about to forget to spray anesthetic before giving the injection. I reminded him, and he didn’t give enough time and amount of the anesthetic. He sprayed and injected at the same time. He gave the terrible pain injection. It seemed like he hit my nerve. I was in pain with numbness 4 on the pain scale, but the pain went up to over 10 on the pain scale with his work. I was in pain with tear when he was inserting the needle and releasing the steroid. He felt bad, and admitted that he should spray more anesthetic… I can tell that Dr. Baptiste is a careless negligence doctor.
Today my finger still in pain, swollen and cannot bending.
I would appreciate it if someone please give me some advices to get help with my situation.
