I have used Darcor office chair wheels on my chair for over 2 years and loved their smooth quiet reliability. One of them froze up for some unexplainable reason and I googled for a Darcor dealer to order a replacement. I called Albion Allen and Scott Riske helped me. He was so knowledgeable, professional and courteous that he walked me through getting the correct wheel identified. No small feat!! Considering that all the info I had was that it was a Darcor wheel and had a chrome color hub!!
I was very grateful for his help. Not all sales people are so thoughtful. In fact many of them would have just dismissed me with a “call me back when you have more info”
