My power went off at 3:00 a.m. they told me it would be back on at 6:00 then they say 8:00 and now they're saying 10 they need to get it together and figure out what they're doing obviously this is a regular thing because they have a whole website dedicated just to outages so it must be very common for them to not provide customer service that we're paying for the customer service I give him a zero I need my electricity now
