Exceptionally poor experience with this company. I can only recommend, for your sake, that you stay well clear of them!

The product (which was supposed to be delivered next day) took well over a week to arrive and when it did, it was the wrong item. It was also of distinctly average quality in my opinion. Certainly not the “luxury” item it was described as.

Nobody responded to even one of my multiple emails: they simply ignored all my requests for a return / refund.

That is still the case to date. I am having to resort to my credit company to obtain a refund, which I am told could well take upwards of three months.

My honest advice? Save yourself the aggravation and just avoid them. No product or price is worth this level of hassle, no matter how good it seems!
