Terrible attorney
Andrea Hamm was my attorney and she turned out to be a corrupt WC attorney. She lied too many times to believe or trust her. She caused my worker's comp case to get dismissed because she withdrew 2 weeks before my trial date all because she didn't want to go to trial. When she took my case 2 months before my trial she knew I was already scheduled for trial she did not even prepare for trial instead thought she could trick me into taking an unfair settlement. I was told by multiple attorneys that no attorney in their right mind would take a case 2 months before trial because they would not have time to prepare. Which further proves that she only took my case to try to get a quick dollar and not caring about me as the injured worker. She knew that withdrawing at the last minute would ruin my case. When she realized that I fact checked her lies and wasn't falling for her lies and tricks she quit and left me in a horrible position. She didn't care. Knowing that I've been fighting for nearly 5 yrs she came in for 2 months and did nothing but try to get me to take an unfair settlement by lying and destroyed my case in 2 months. She cannot be trusted. She's in it for her benefit only. And if you don't do what she wants you to do she will quit on you and ruin your case. She will smile and make undercover jokes all while working against you.
