The disaster that's called Land Bank.
12 Feb. 2024. On family visit in San Juan, Siquijor, my wife would pick up 20.000 psesos cash at Land Bank.
1) The ATM machine in San Juan is out of order since we arrived (Jan. 20).
2) The ATM machine in Siquijor was still empty at 11.30 a.m.
3) In Larena the first 10.000 went OK, but during the second transaction there was a malfunction with the signal so no money, but the 10.000 was deducted from her account, so she had to fill in a form.
In the evening we tried to register at Landbank iAccess. During registering the system will send 2 codes: one to verify the phonenumber and one to verify the mailadress. Both codes are valid for 5 minutes. The phone code came immediately, but the code by mail was every time received after 15 minutes or more, so far more than the 5 minutes you have.
