Ensure you vet candidates supplied by this agency. We got conned via falsified CV and dumped with an employee that after 3 weeks we advised them she was not equipped for the position and needed a new candidate ( she did not even know how to use basic Microsoft. Every candidate put forward after was not what was briefed in. in short you will be led on for 2/3months with CV's that don't fit the position ( spread out over weeks) its a way for them not to have to find another candidate and to get away keeping their fee. the employee finally admitted she actually did not have the experience that we were told by the agency she had. the whole experience was not only costly but absolutely a waste of time.
