hey im from belgium and i ordered from here, at first i was like okay payment went through and everything, first of all i didn't even get a conformation email, i wanted to cancel my order but i didn't even get the chance to do that. customer service is super bad, they say they respond fast but it's so bad. U can even contact them on the site itself because it doesn't work. And now i need to pay another €70 for shipping, i already payed 30 at checkout, instead of putting nothing about extra cost you should definitely do and fix the customer service, i want my money back.
