Called world travel said I needed to see a doctor, gave information on which clinic I was going to in the United States, said they would call ahead and have it direct billed. I showed up at clinic they never did call had clinic call company they were on hold for 1 1/2 hours and still couldn’t speak to anyone. The clinic advised to pay for the service and they would keep trying so I did but they never did get anybody. I submitted the 85.00 claim over 3 weeks ago and still no response from world travel, so I called lady said we received claim and still under review. They don’t follow up with you don’t let you know how the claim is going I am so glad it’s nothing serious. I am glad I found out how good they are on a small claim, will never use them again.
