I had a return parcel and I posted it on 5th of January by EVRI.
Evri lost my parcel and they told me to contact the retailer.So I did contact Snowleader and I got answer this case could take up to 30 days.
Then they messaged me on 30 of January they've got my return 20/1/2024 and it will take 14 days to get my refund.18 days since and still nothing...not even a message absolutely nothing.
Really poor costumer service.I won't order anything from them anymore.I don't recommend to anyone!!!
