We have lived here now in silver Creek Forest condominiums association for about 6 years now. The homes are not condominiums they are everyday homes like my home is a bi-level house. We don't actually live in the development we live on a county road that butts up too the development. We pay our dues and they take the dues and utilize it towards only those inside the development. I amd another family receive no benefits from the dues but yet they expect us to follow their rules. I fly political flags and now after about 6 years are telling me I'm violating their rules. I think it's a private affiliation that totally violates Allegan county ordinances. I love our home and where we live but can't stay the fact that the affiliation only does for those inside the development and doesn't do for all members of the association. There are two homes here that they do nothing to make our experience here better. Think twice before moving into this hair brain affiliation.
