Brought my 2011 Dodge Ram Pickup in to the Chesterfield NH location to have my tires mounted and balanced. They broke two studs and numerous screws which hold the center caps on the rim, then told me it was my problem to fix the broken studs and screws! Called corporate office and waiting for the district manager to call me!
