attempted to sign up for a AAA discount fitness membership. Went thru all the steps but the system failed at the last step. spoke with a AAA agent in NC who tried to help but failed, said she would have an expert call me to try to get it done. no call. no follow up from previous calls. no expertise. no ability to diagnose the system issue. no hope for AAA Carolinas
